• Photos you upload. We use the pet photograph you provide to create a 3D model preview and, if you proceed, to guide the hand-finished pendant.
• Email address. We ask for your email so we can send your 3D preview and keep you updated about your order.
• Order details. Metal, finish, size, chain and delivery information needed to make and ship your pendant.
• Technical data. Basic browser and device information needed to keep the site secure and working.

We use your information only to:

• Generate and show your 3D pendant preview.
• Email the preview and order updates to you.
• Make, finish, and deliver your custom pendant.
• Respond to questions and support requests.
• Keep the site secure and prevent fraud.

We process personal data to perform our contract with you (making and delivering your order), to comply with legal obligations, and where it is in our legitimate interests to run a safe and reliable service. Where we rely on consent, we will ask for it clearly.

We only share data with the service providers needed to run Pet Pendants, such as our hosting, email, and 3D generation partners. We do not sell personal data.

We use the Lovable Cloud platform for hosting and backend services. Data is stored with industry-standard encryption and access controls provided by the platform. The security of the site is shared between Pet Pendants and the platform provider.

We use cookies and similar technologies only as needed for the site to function. We do not use intrusive tracking for advertising.
