Pet Pendants makes bespoke pet portrait pendants to order. Customer enquiries: hello@petpendants.uk.

Every pendant is made to your photograph and specifications. Because each piece is individually created, it is not an off-the-shelf product. Please make sure the photograph and choices you submit are correct before you order.

Prices shown on the site are in GBP. We are not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged on our prices. Current pendant prices range from £99 to £299 for sterling silver and from £199 to £1,299 for 9ct gold, depending on size. A matching chain is £99 to £199. Delivery costs, if any, are shown at checkout.

Payment is handled securely by Stripe and we accept card payments and Apple Pay. Payment is taken in full at checkout, before we begin making your pendant. As we are not VAT registered, we do not have a VAT registration number and no VAT is added to your order.

We aim to make and deliver your pendant within approximately 15 working days of order confirmation. UK delivery is free. International delivery times and costs depend on the destination and are shown at checkout.

Because each pendant is made to order from your photograph, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, UK consumer law gives you rights if the item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. If that applies, contact us at hello@petpendants.uk and we will put it right in line with your legal rights.

You must own or have permission to use any photograph you upload. You keep ownership of your original photograph. We keep ownership of the 3D model, mould, and finished pendant design we create from it, which we use only to produce your order.

We are responsible for making and delivering your pendant with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of order, or for issues caused by inaccurate photographs or information you provide. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
